This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently ship products across India.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified at checkout if delivery is unavailable.
  1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high demand, processing times may be extended.
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values, as per promotional campaigns.
  1. Estimated Delivery Timeline
  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days for metro cities.
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (logistics delays, weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
  1. Order Tracking
  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • The order status can be tracked directly through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.
  1. Delivery Attempts
  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
  1. Incorrect Address or Details
  • Customers must ensure the accuracy of shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  1. Damaged or Missing Items
  • If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
  • We will verify and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  1. International Shipping
  • At present, we do not ship outside India.
  • If this changes, the policy will be updated accordingly.
