- Before Shipment:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or until the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. - After Shipment:

- Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- For all other returns (customer preference, size/color issues), shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Exceptions & Discretion
