- Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship products across India.
- Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified at checkout if delivery is unavailable.
- Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high demand, processing times may be extended.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values, as per promotional campaigns.
- Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days for metro cities.
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (logistics delays, weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
- Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- The order status can be tracked directly through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.
- Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Incorrect Address or Details
- Customers must ensure the accuracy of shipping information.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- We will verify and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- International Shipping
- At present, we do not ship outside India.
- If this changes, the policy will be updated accordingly.
